Any scheduled live stage performance, parade, or other organized event held at a theme park is referred to as a “Live Event” if it incorporates or makes use of one or more DW Elements, or if it fosters any association between that use and an Eligible DW Property. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals or groups of individuals dressed as characters from an Eligible DW Property who perform in any area of a theme park as part of a pre-planned or scripted.
